Project Echo

The Invitation · from Matt Gallo, founder

Get out of the day to day.
Without doing it alone.

It is Thursday night. You are at the dinner table with the people you love. Your phone is face up next to your plate. It buzzes, and you look. Everyone sees you look. You say, one second, and you type an answer only you can give.

That is the business you built. A day off is a day of questions nobody else can answer. The long view, where you decide what this becomes, keeps waiting for a quiet hour that never comes.

Later you scroll to unwind. A post that sounds almost human. A reply under it that sounds almost human too. You put the phone down and realize it has been a while since someone asked how you are really doing, and waited for the answer.

If you thought, that is me

Keep reading. This letter is for you.

  • You are the bottleneck in your own business. The questions only you can answer keep coming.
  • You want out of the day to day. You have thought about it, and wrestled with what it would take.
  • You have an offer that works. Customers buy it, and they have already told you a lot.
  • You want the long view back. The part where you decide what this becomes.

Who this is not for

  • You have not thought about getting out of the day to day. This is not for you yet, and that is fine.
  • You want the next tool to change everything. Software alone does not change a life. People do.
  • You want a promise of business results. I will not make one.

If you did not think, that is me, close this page. No harm done.

What this is

A movement before it is software

We are operators and innovators in AI. We use it to serve people and amplify their skills. Not to replace them. The software is the backbone. The community and the connection are the heart.

Here is my part, and I will keep it plain. I have worked with AI since 2018. Around 2021 the tools got much better. I recorded every meeting, built custom GPTs, and helped other business owners bring these tools into their daily life. Then I built a small tool system in Notion for keeping my ideas and content. I called it the Endless Content Creator, E C C zero one, or, Echo-One. It was rudimentary, and it evolved. For the last year and a half I have been building this app.

I am a big picture, strategic thinker. When my brain is hunting for the biggest problem it can solve, it is almost impossible for me to focus on tiny tasks. So I built this as a tool for myself first, so that the small things get done while I stay on the big ones.

I have also felt the loss of connection in this AI era. That is why I call this a mutual human story.

The software

Echo is your AI chief of staff

Project Echo is ready to use now, and is being built out in phases alongside a group of beta testers who get a say in what and how this is built. Here is the part I care about most: Echo reads you. It also reads what your customers have already said to you — the conversations, recorded meetings, notes and contact records you bring into it — and builds a read of what they say, in their own words.

Campaigns

What they say wins over what you assume

Then it interviews you, so your marketing reflects what your customers are actually saying and how you would really talk about what you sell. But it doesn’t produce AI slop for you and call it done. It gives you a detailed map of the campaign and helps you write the script, then opens a teleprompter, and you upload straight back into Echo, all inside one app. And if you’re the type to say “I’ll get to it later,” Echo is already scheduling your content creation blocks and rewarding you for finishing them.

The list of who to call first is already there

You open your laptop, and next to each name is what they said last time. The interview is good. Your customer data is what is truly valuable.

Focus

Finish what matters, then close the laptop

Your tasks carry points for how important and how hard they are. You can run a focus sprint, one task against one clock. Your week ends with a proof of what you finished, and your streak — so that it is Friday afternoon, the proof of your week is open in front of you, and you close the laptop. Your leads, calendar and meetings live in one place, so you can check your calendar from a trailhead parking lot, then toss the phone into your backpack and walk.

I’m noticing a trend

Software alone does not change a life. People do.

People are becoming too dependent on AI, thinking the next tool they implement will change everything. So the tool supports accountability, and the game helps keep you focused. The rest is the people around you.

Now picture this

You put yourself at the table for the next three to four months alongside Project Echo and the community we’re building. Steadily you chip away at your roadmap. Weeks go by and you notice it’s Saturday, and you haven’t thought about work once while at your kid’s jiu jitsu match.

Then one day you’re sitting around a fireplace with some of your closest friends. Amidst the crackling fire and stimulating conversation, the phone dings, so you take a peek. It’s Echo, sharing your weekly report, campaign results, and letting you know two new payments came through. Another text from your wife with a picture of your kid.

You look up and out the window when the snow catches your attention, and you smile. Before returning to the conversation you stop and think…

“this is it.”

This is for the owner I described at the top. If at any point while you’re reading you think “this might be for me,” stop reading and tell me. The price is not the point. Your questions are.

It is a year of hands-on work with me personally, in three phases. Phases are fluid, as some will be ready to move faster through challenges than others.

  1. Phase 1 — Out of the day to day. We find the bottleneck and build the path that takes you out of the day to day and into a bigger role. My team builds the software to support it, and you get the Project Echo Mastermind and sessions with yours truly. You notice which of this week’s questions only you could answer, and remove the need for you to answer them, one at a time.
  2. Phase 2 — Offer, messaging, sales. We work on your offer, messaging and sales process, so you can sell at a higher rate by raising the value or reaching more people. You read your offer out loud, and it sounds like something you would buy.
  3. Phase 3 — Scale. Hiring, ad spend, and new verticals where it makes sense. It is a Wednesday afternoon. You are thinking about next year instead of this afternoon, and nothing is on fire.

Founding Member

$8,000
If you have the problem and want the platform and the people.
  • Lifetime use of Project Echo, so you never pay for the platform again as it grows.
  • Founder access to as many accounts as you want, such as one for each company you run.
  • One year in the container, our community, with people who know your goals.
  • Accountability tools, training, and extra resources.
  • A seat at the January live event in Colorado, at your own travel cost.

It adds up to a room of people. Picture your first month in it.

You post what you are working on, and by the next morning someone building alongside you has replied with a question that helps. A week later you are the one replying to theirs. By the fourth Friday you have a list of what you finished, and people who watched you finish it.

Founding Member is my path

If you run an agency

You juggle a lot of client accounts. Every one comes with its own logins, its own tools, and its own fires. You switch between them all day.

Founding Members can have as many accounts as they want. One for your agency, and one for each client you manage.

If you run a software agency, a marketing agency, or a GHL agency, that is a big bonus.

The January event is about human reconnection and returning to our nature, and it is hosted in my home state of Colorado. Food, honest conversation, and a mastermind in one room.

Plainly

Here is what I will not do

I will not promise you business results. This is a prepaid membership. You pay for software access, community, accountability, and my and my team’s time.

The next step

Tell me which one, or that you are not sure

I will send the agreement and the payment details, and set up a short call to start your account. If it is not for you, that is fine. Thank you for reading.
