Marketing consulting and strategy: positioning, offers, messaging and launch planning.

Web design and development: websites and landing pages built to convert.
App and custom software development: custom web apps, automations and AI tools, including Project Echo.
Video production: brand films, interviews and short documentaries.

How we work

Projects are scoped and billed as fixed-fee engagements or ongoing retainers, agreed in writing before work begins. Payment is collected securely through Stripe.

Refunds, disputes and cancellations

Consulting, design, development and video services are scoped in writing before work begins. Any refund for work not yet delivered is handled according to that written agreement.
Project Echo subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in Settings or by email. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Except where the law says otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. See the full Terms of Service.
Refund requests and billing disputes go to hello@projectecho.app and are answered within a few business days.
We do not sell physical goods, so there are no product returns.
